Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager to lead operations for 6-10 branded practices. You will travel to offices regularly, oversee staff development, and drive growth while owning full profit and loss responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Relocation after 6 months of local training is required.
• Management experience overseeing multiple locations.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for a group of Aspen Dental practices (6-10 locations).
• Travel to nearby offices 3-4 days per week.
• Onsite training at an Aspen Dental location for 5 days a week during training.
• Provide training and development support to staff on the business model and procedures.
• Coordinate with talent acquisition to staff and onboard new team members.
• Support daily region-wide office operations.
