Aspen Dental is hiring a Regional Manager to oversee operations for 6–10 practices within the region and to lead growth initiatives. You will own the full P&L, partner with staff across locations, and travel regularly to support operations and performance.

During training you will be onsite full-time, then continue with regional duties and staff development responsibilities, ensuring adherence to the business model and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Availability to relocate after 6 months of local training is required (relocation assistance provided).
• Management experience overseeing multiple locations in retail or health care.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to interpret and act upon financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development for yourself and your team.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee operations for a group of 6–10 Aspen Dental branded practices.
• Lead growth and process improvements; own full P&L responsibility.
• Travel to nearby offices 3–4 days per week.
• During training, be onsite at an Aspen Dental location 5 days per week.
• Provide training and development support to ensure staff understand the business model and procedures.
• Partner with talent acquisition and office manager to plan staffing and onboarding.
• Support daily regional office operations as needed.
