Responsibilities

• Spearhead growth and process-improvement initiatives with full P&L ownership.
• Travel to nearby offices to support operations.
• Provide training and development support to staff on business models, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to hire and onboard staff.
• Support daily regional office operations as needed.
