Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control is seeking a Branch Manager to guide district operations and drive growth while delivering legendary customer experiences. You will lead the management team, plan staffing, and ensure adherence to district policies and corporate standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in branch leadership, strong detail orientation, and experience in financial analysis within a fast-paced environment. Travel and on-call rotations are required, with licensure and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• At least five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and rotate on-call schedule; licenses/certificates as required.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview applicants, select top candidates, and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to operations and service management teams for smooth Branch operations.
• Drive implementation of programs and initiatives by motivating and supporting the district management team.
• Review districts’ environments and business indicators to identify problems and coach teams to action.
• Participate in auditing roles with operations, sales, and office leadership.
