Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a Branch Manager to guide district operations, build a strong management team, and drive growth and profitability. You will recruit, plan, and delegate to ensure legendary customer experiences while overseeing staff development and field performance.

The role requires 5–7 years in a branch leadership capacity, willingness to travel, and the ability to obtain necessary licenses; a pest control background is a plus and a pre-employment background

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5–7 years in Branch Manager or equivalent level, with leadership experience.
• Strong attention to detail with background in management, sales, training, and customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a fast-paced environment.
• Pest control industry experience a plus.
• Willing to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to obtain licenses/certificates as required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability.
• Interview applicants and hire top candidates; manage staffing.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities to operations and service teams.
• Drive programs and initiatives; support district leadership.
• Review district metrics to coach teams toward goals.
• Provide auditing support for operations, sales, and office.
