Job summary

Dasco HME LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily functions of DASCO branches and distribution centers. You will partner with office and center managers to optimize staffing, processes, and service quality while ensuring regulatory compliance across all sites.

The role works with VP of Operations to set performance standards, manage budgets and drive continuous improvement in customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of customer service in a DME, health insurance, medical, or similar operations leadership experience.
• Associate’s degree in business management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of DASCO branches and distribution centers to ensure efficiency and KPI attainment.
• Coordinate with office and center managers on staffing, processes and compliance.
• Act as liaison between local leaders and corporate leadership.
• Hire/terminate staff for branches and support center leaders’ staffing actions.
• Ensure customer service excellence and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Lead contingency planning during outages, system issues or staffing shortages.
