Job summary

Harrington is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple branch locations and drive efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement. You will work with Regional Sales Managers, RBOMs, and site leaders to deliver exceptional results and build strong teams.

In this role, you will manage P&L targets, optimize warehouse performance, and lead process improvements while ensuring safety, compliance, and timely deliveries across the assigned region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support regional leadership in meeting operational and financial goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee warehouse leaders to maintain inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory, vendor partnerships, and freight efficiency.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and recommend ERP/system enhancements.
• Train, coach, and develop teams to ensure consistent implementation of best practices.
