Zusammenfassung

OPENLANE is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead the inspection and floor plan audit teams across a designated region. You will recruit, train, and manage both contract and full-time inspectors, ensuring compliance with company standards and regional targets.

You will collaborate with Marketplace and Commercial Sales to forecast growth, schedule inspections, and strengthen dealer relationships while leveraging data to guide decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in operations management or related field.
• Experience collaborating with inspectors and contractors.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and ensure inspectors follow OPENLANE policies and procedures to meet regional SLAs.
• Recruit and hire inspectors (contract and full-time) in the assigned region.
• Partner with Sales and Marketplace teams to ensure regional success and demand forecasting.
• Develop and mentor teams to deliver audit/inspection services, including training and performance management.
• In-field presence 1–2 days per week to ensure quality and train new inspectors.
