Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Greenville, NC. The role focuses on supervising health system laboratory operations, coordinating milestones, and driving efficiency across multiple sites while maintaining quality and cost-control.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential for additional hours and a performance-based bonus plan. You will lead site-level improvements, monitor KPIs, and partner with regional teams to ensure seamless service delivery to

Qualifications

Associates degree or higher required.
2+ years in a supervisory or project coordination role.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in operational data reporting and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Manage and track health system project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Indirectly supervise laboratory operations staff across sites.
Collaborate with leadership to implement workflow improvements and cost-reduction strategies.
Track KPIs and quality metrics, identify variances, and lead corrective actions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
Lead site-level implementation of new processes and technology deployments.
Prepare regular status reports and performance summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with hospital managers and vendor partners.
