Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an experienced Health Systems Operations Manager to oversee milestone tracking, staffing, and performance across multiple health system sites. You will partner with senior leaders to implement workflow improvements, standardize processes, and reduce costs while ensuring contractual obligations are met.

You will monitor KPIs, coach teams, manage new technology deployments, and deliver regular status reports to leadership and health system partners.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher with 2+ years in a supervisory or project coordination role.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Demonstrated people leadership and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in operational data reporting and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track health system project milestones, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with MSA commitments.
• Supervise laboratory operations staff and provide coaching and mentorship.
• Partner with senior directors to implement workflow improvements and cost-reduction strategies.
• Track KPIs and quality metrics and lead corrective action planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and resolve challenges.
• Serve as day-to-day operational liaison with health system laboratory managers and hospital leadership.
• Lead site-level implementation of new processes and technology deployments.
• Prepare and deliver regular operational status reports and performance summaries.
• Build productive relationships with hospital managers and vendor partners.
