Qualifications

• 5 years or more of clinical laboratory operations experience.
• 2 years or more in a supervisory or project coordination role supporting a health system.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track health system project milestones and deliverables.
• Indirectly supervise and develop laboratory operations staff.
• Implement workflow improvements and cost-reduction strategies.
• Track KPIs and quality metrics across assigned sites.
