Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher is required.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or project coordination role.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Demonstrated people leadership and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in operational data reporting and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage health system project milestones, timelines and deliverables aligned with MSA commitments.
• Indirectly supervise and develop laboratory operations staff across sites.
• Partner with senior leadership to implement workflow improvements and cost-reduction strategies.
• Track KPIs and quality metrics; drive root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality Management and Regional teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Serve as day-to-day operations liaison with health system laboratory managers and hospital leadership.
• Lead site-level implementation of new processes, technology deployments and service expansions.
• Prepare regular status reports and performance summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors, Sr. Director of Health Systems and Procurement teams.
