Job summary

Daikin TMI Holdings, LLC is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead the Branch Managers, providing coaching, training, and strategic direction to achieve branch sales, customer service, profitability, and asset management goals. You will oversee hiring, performance management, and ensure policy adherence across branches.

Responsibilities include planning forecasts, ensuring technical support, coordinating with HR, and guiding operations to meet company objectives while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC wholesale/industry and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all branches and employees follow procedures, policies, safety standards and work instructions.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints and transactions as needed.
• Assist forecasting service and TK sales with technical support, project management and validation.
• Resolve operations issues by communicating with SOM, COO and President as appropriate.
• Monitor branch P&Ls and guide improvements in deficient areas.
• Lead Sales and Operations teams to grow service, repair, turnkey projects and energy solutions.
• Develop staffing pipelines with HR and participate in Branch Manager Training to ensure adequate personnel.
