Responsibilities

• Coach, train and direct Branch Managers to meet sales, service, profitability, and asset goals.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards and policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints when needed.
• Plan inventory forecasting and maintain good product condition.
• Monitor branch P&Ls and guide underperforming areas.
• Collaborate with Region and Territory Managers to meet sales targets.
• Support HR in staffing and training initiatives.
• Coordinate with corporate for branch openings/relocation and layout planning.
