Job summary

Daikin Comfort seeks a Regional General Manager to drive aggressive growth in product market share and margin through a strong team of ASM, TSMs and branch operations. The role requires strategic oversight, budgeting, and growth initiatives across the HVAC distribution network.

The candidate will lead sales, parts and equipment channels, oversee hiring and training, and ensure adherence to company policies while guiding regional performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years general business experience with HVAC wholesale experience.
• 8+ years in a management role with P&L responsibility.
• 5+ years of sales leadership and/or branch management; HVAC sales experience a huge advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to ASM and TSMs with leadership, training, mentoring and direction.
• Achieve overall sales and profit goals; lead commercial sales, parts & supplies, and branded equipment sales.
• Hire, train, cross-train, evaluate performance and implement corrective action.
• Review and manage regional budget and provide quota data.
• Develop business plans to ensure forward growth of region.
