Job summary

Boss Shops is seeking a Regional Operations Manager responsible for supervising and staffing multiple locations within the region. You will oversee financial performance, lead training initiatives, and ensure safety standards are followed across shops and service areas.

The role requires strong understanding of P&L, budget controls, and customer service excellence. Expect long hours, travel, and leadership of a 5+ store team with direct GM supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Must read and understand monthly P&L statements.
• Must follow budget controls and maintain financial discipline.
• Able to communicate in English and deliver customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces OSHA standards and safety procedures.
• Oversees training programs for locations within the Region.
• Maintains a profitable business unit and meets budgeted goals.
• Ensures successful new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Leads hiring coordination for General Managers and collaborates with recruiting.
