Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years related experience; minimum 5 years supervisory.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to obtain water/wastewater certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Manages financial performance for the region.
• Works with other departments to establish or improve management systems for long-term stability and growth.
• Establishes and tracks KPI forecasts to align with company goals.
• Oversees annual operating and capital budget preparation and administration.
• Leads new business development, contract negotiations, renewals and scope expansion.
• Formulates and implements project goals, strategies, and SOPs.
• Ensures SOPs, DOT, Safety, OSHA and other requirements are met.
• Manages hiring, onboarding, performance, salary, training and terminations.
• Coaches teams for performance and improvement and ensures customer satisfaction.
