Job summary

Toot is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead multi-district store operations across a defined region in the United States. You will drive financial performance, operational excellence, and leadership development, coaching District Managers and aligning field activities with company objectives.

You will oversee clusters of stores, implement best practices, and manage budgeting, reporting, and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit retail or convenience retail.
• Experience managing 20+ locations or a geographically dispersed portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to District Managers, Store Managers and field teams.
• Oversee regional operations, budgets, and reporting to meet regional goals.
• Lead region-wide initiatives, process improvements and standards.
• Coach and develop leadership talent across the region.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies, wage/hour, safety and company standards.
• Travel 75% for field visits and oversight.
