Blank Street is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a district of General Managers, coaching talent, and building capability across stores. You will drive hospitality standards, implement operational improvements, and partner with HQ to roll out new initiatives.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage labor, scheduling, and customer experience while growing brand presence locally. You'll oversee financial performance, use data to identify opportunities, and develop the next

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or another fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations and developing managers.
• Strong operational, financial, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, make decisions, and lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of General Managers.
• Recruit and hire exceptional leaders in partnership with the People Team.
• Lead labor planning, scheduling, and staffing strategies across your district.
• Champion hospitality and uphold Blank Street standards for service and quality.
• Own the financial performance of your district, including sales, labor, and profitability.
