Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to ambiguity and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• High School Degree or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 5 or more years of retail management or operations experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all phases of district operations and ensures consistency with Company standards.
• Manages and controls the operation of an assigned district; conducts store visits focused on people, customer service, store contribution, and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Leads recruitment, training and development of store management teams.
• Leverages data to understand trends, problems, and opportunities; provides guidance to stores to meet sales and profit goals and customer service objectives.
• Ensures compliance with Ross HR policies and procedures and handles employee relations when needed.
• Maintains a safe environment and ensures adherence to state, local and federal regulations.
