SouthernCarlson, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead and support branch operations across Georgia. This role focuses on developing people, improving performance, and driving financial results while upholding safety and service standards.

You will oversee branch leadership, ensure consistent execution, and align operations with regional strategies. Travel within the Georgia region is required to visit sites and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in operations management.
• Experience in leading multiple locations.
• Ability to travel regularly within the region.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Branch Managers to drive operational excellence across locations.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align operations with revenue growth and customer needs.
• Drive regional financial performance including revenue growth, profitability, and expense management.
• Establish KPIs and accountability standards across branch teams.
• Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing teams.
• Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Implement standardized processes, policies, and best practices across branches.
• Resolve complex operational and customer issues while maintaining strong relationships.
