Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, customer service, or sales support.
• High School Diploma required.
• Clear, friendly, and professional communication—in person, on the phone, or over email.

• Initiative; proactive team player who helps without being asked.
• Relationship builder; connects with people and delivers a WOW customer experience.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable navigating systems and assisting customers digitally.

• Bilingual a plus!

Responsibilities

• Be the face of SouthernCarlson by greeting customers, answering inquiries by phone/email, and delivering exceptional service.
• Build strong customer relationships by learning their needs, recommending solutions, and upselling opportunities.
• Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and managers and pulling orders.
• Keep showroom organized, merchandised, and ready to impress.
• Handle a variety of duties from answering phones to troubleshooting product questions.
• Monitor warehouse layout, space utilization, and equipment condition to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Partner with Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational success.
