Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Manager in Georgia to lead the management team, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences at the Marietta branch. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, align operations with financial goals, and implement company initiatives across district operations.

The role requires 5–7 years of management experience, travel, and the ability to secure required licenses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
Experience in pest control industry a plus.
Willingness to travel and participate in rotating on‑call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
Must pass pre-employment background screen.
Valid driver's license/clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch and deliver legendary customer experiences.
Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
Plan, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to operations and service management for smooth branch operations.
Drive implementation of company programs by motivating the management team and developing action plans.
Review environments and business indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement and coach teams to act.
Play a supporting/auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership.
