Job summary

United Land Services, a leading commercial landscaping company, seeks a Regional Manager to oversee financial, operational, and sales performance across multiple branches in the Atlanta area. This role guides Branch Managers and regional teams to drive growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence under the VP of Maintenance Operations.

The Regional Manager will build strong client and vendor relationships, identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and service

Qualifications

8+ years landscape/green industry experience.
5+ years of leadership, multi-location preferred.
Business development experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license; travel between sites required.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Branch Managers in achieving goals.
Drive business development and growth across the region.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
Monitor branch performance and implement regional action plans.
Promote best practices, policies, and procedures region-wide.
Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.
Ensure required training is completed by self and reports.
