Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management, project coordination, workforce management, or business operations experience.
• Experience leading teams within fast-paced service, construction, technology, field services, or data center environments.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, procurement, vendor management, and resource allocation.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgets, forecasting, labor utilization, and P&L analysis.
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regional operations coordinator for projects, resources, and activities.
• Partner with the Regional Director to execute operational strategies and regional objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and deployment to support project execution.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and quality across regions.
• Monitor workforce utilization, budgets, and vendor performance to optimize profitability.
