Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, business, or project management field
• Master's degree preferred
• PMP or related certification highly desirable
• Proven experience delivering complex projects
• Experience leading project teams and coaching
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution across a designated region
• Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Define and refine project scopes, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
• Monitor operational performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage stakeholder communications and resource planning across regional teams
