Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Portfolio Group Leader to manage a regional portfolio of customer projects within Network Control. You will oversee execution, engage with executive customer representatives, and drive revenue, margin, and cash performance through cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Master’s or Engineering degree, 10 years of portfolio PM experience, and strong leadership in a fast-paced, global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree or Engineering degree.
• Offers at least 10 years of portfolio and project management experience.
• Fluent English; multilingual ability preferred (Spanish/Portuguese) and experience in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of regional Network Control project portfolios and customer-facing activities.
• Act as primary interface to executive customer representatives to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Steer revenue, gross margin, cash performance, risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
