Applied Industrial Technologies is a leading distributor and solutions provider. This role supports the Regional Manager in day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, service, and profitability across multiple branches within the region.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 7–10 years in related roles, and strong ERP proficiency. It emphasizes leadership, project management and adherence to ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years related experience required.
• Experience in wholesale distribution and multi-branch operational development.
• Proficient with Distribution ERP and Light Manufacturing computer systems.
• Strong leadership, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to hire and develop staff.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving ability (5 Whys, 8 Step).

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance with policies and plans to meet annual goals.
• Assist Regional Manager in achieving expense, gross margin, profit, labor and staffing targets.
• Manage product, repair and service deliveries to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Branch teams to improve customer service, 5S, safety, and operations.
• Assist branches in hiring and maintaining productive staff.
• Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities to improve processes.
• Track and resolve customer issues using formal problem-solving.
• Maintain ISO Quality and Environmental policies; suggest improvements.
• Analyze operational metrics to determine effective resolutions.
• Improve operations, optimize production, meet deadlines, and manage staff and costs.
• Facilitate cross-department communication to meet regional goals.
• Visit Branch locations to aid projects and ensure customer expectations.
