The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 7–10 years in related roles, and strong ERP proficiency. It emphasizes leadership, project management and adherence to ISO standards.
Assist the Regional Manager by managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the business. Plans, coordinates and directs daily operational activities in the region. Makes recommendations to improve productivity, performance, quality, and efficiency, as well as profitability of the region by implementing effective methods and strategies to obtain greater efficiency in both branch and regional operations.

Experience should demonstrate proficiencies in the following areas:
Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent industry experience
Seven to ten years related experience (required).
Product Training, Management Skills, ISO Training, 5’s, P&L Review, Smartsheet, Safety Training, P21, Tour-de-Force, Problem Solving Skills (5 Whys, fish bone decision analysis, 8 Step Problem Solving) and Mistake Proofing.
Certified Fluid Power Specialist certificate desired but not required
