Applied Industrial Technologies in Dallas seeks an experienced operations leader to assist the Regional Manager by directing daily region-wide activities, improving productivity, quality, and efficiency, and driving profitability through effective methods and strategic planning.
Responsibilities include enforcing policies, coordinating with branch teams, managing customer service, 5S, safety, staffing, and problem resolution while maintaining ISO quality adherence and continuous improvement

Makes recommendations to improve productivity, performance, quality, and efficiency, as well as profitability of the region by implementing effective methods and strategies to obtain greater efficiency in both branch and regional operations.

Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent industry experience
Seven to ten years related experience (required).
Product Training, Management Skills, ISO Training, 5's, P&L Review, Smartsheet, Safety Training, P21, Tour-de-Force, Problem Solving Skills (5 Whys, fish bone decision analysis, 8 Step Problem Solving) and Mistake Proofing.
Certified Fluid Power Specialist certificate desired but not required
