Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Regional Manager of Operations to lead administrative and operational excellence across 8–12 supported dental offices. You will build relationships with regional teams, drive profitability, and implement systems that scale growth while ensuring high standards of patient care.

• Five years of business management experience OR associate degree plus three years OR bachelor’s degree plus one year of experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Maturity, initiative, and sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing administrative operations of 8 to 12 supported dental offices.
• Support dentists in growth and development, setting goals, addressing opportunities.
• Motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and make difficult decisions.
• Analyze business reporting and recommend actions to meet budget and EBITDA targets.
• Monitor P&L and close gaps between actual performance and projections.
• Coordinate visits and quarterly in-practice reviews across the region.
• Hire, train, and coach Practice Managers.
• Interview and contribute to selecting supported dentists.
• Develop workforce planning, recruitment and retention strategies.
• Provide reports and recommendations to management as needed.
• Handle other projects as assigned.
