Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Regional Manager to lead non-clinical operations across multiple dental offices in the region. You will build strong teams, guide operations managers, and drive regional revenue growth with a clear growth strategy.

The role requires experience in multi-location management within healthcare or related industries, along with strong project management and communication skills. On-site leadership with potential incentive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Multi-location management experience in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or related industries.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all non-clinical operations of dental offices and drive region revenue growth.
• Implement and master high-level strategic analysis and execution with accountability for same-office sales growth.
• Develop and conduct regional trainings and meetings with effective presentations and communication.
• Identify future PDS locations based on geography and opportunity.
