Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Director of Customer Experience to lead the CX strategy for the Hospitality vertical within Building Automation Americas. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across the customer lifecycle.

The Director will partner with Sales, ISC, Offering Management, Services, and CX teams to improve performance, strengthen relationships, and lead transformational initiatives that enhance the customer

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in customer-facing and operational functions.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs, operational excellence initiatives, or customer transformation efforts.
• Demonstrated success driving organizational and process transformation in complex, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience strategy and execution for the Hospitality Vertical of Building Automation Americas.
• Partner with Sales, ISC, Offering Management, Services, and CX teams to improve performance and loyalty.
• Drive transformational initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Champion customer-centric practices supporting growth, retention, and long-term loyalty.
• Lead a high-performing CX organization and ensure capacity, processes, and tools meet business needs.
