Job summary

Our Company in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic Retail Operations Manager to lead and develop an assigned Retail Selling and Merchandising organization across a defined geography. You will oversee client and retailer coverage, implement objectives from clients and business leaders, and maintain alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires building high-performing teams, coaching through performance reviews, managing budgets, and driving base and new business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with associate management.
• 1–3 years of experience managing Retail Merchandisers, P&L, budgeting and forecasting, and managing client expectations either personally or through a team.
• Customer and client management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop people

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-performing teams and ensure client KPIs are met.
• Oversee retail routing and approve region decisions.
• Develop people through training and succession planning.
• Source external talent and onboard new associates.
• Manage budget for area of responsibility and drive base and new business.
• Travel and driving are essential duties and may occur up to 80%.
