The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with overseeing the operations of the Packaging Department. This is a hands-on position requiring a working knowledge of electrical/mechanical equipment and production processes.
This will be a rotating 1st & 2nd shift position.

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with overseeing the operations of brick manufacturing. This is a hands-on position requiring a working knowledge of electrical/mechanical equipment and production processes. Key duties include ensuring the implementation of Plant Daily Fundamentals: Safety, Quality, Productivity, Housekeeping and Preventive Maintenance as well as implementation of the Business Daily Fundamentals: developing people, building a strong team, satisfying customers, communicating, knowing and controlling costs, and growing the business.
