RB Global, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee regional auctions and operations, reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes managing budgets, coordinating staff, and ensuring safety and high-quality customer service across permanent and temporary auction sites. The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership, management, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 5 nights per month and internationally once or twice per year.
• Flexibility to work extended overtime and weekends around auction dates.
• Able to plan, manage, and report on budgets and operating metrics.

Responsabilités

• Manage, coordinate, and report on regional financial activities, including budgets, cost control, AP/AR.
• Oversee all operations staff and uphold safety and customer service standards.
• Plan and manage all auctions and pre-auction operations in the region.
• Develop and implement policies and processes for safe, efficient region operation.
• Lead vendor contracts, capital assets planning, and regulatory licenses.
• Maintain high visibility with customers and community; promote RB safety commitments.
• Coach and develop direct reports; manage performance and succession planning.
