Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Customer Service Manager in Davenport, FL to oversee auction administration processes and supervise sale-day operations, serving as the main contact for customers before, during and after auctions.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-entry accuracy, knowledge of DMV rules, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations while delivering exceptional service in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong computer skills including the ability to learn new systems and enter data quickly and accurately.
• Familiar with DMV rules and regulations as they relate to sale of motor vehicles.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and profitability by monitoring costs and staffing levels for auction administration and sale day operations.
• Create an environment reflecting exceptional customer service by monitoring and managing service levels.
• Hire, coach and train team on customer service decisions (refunds, invoicing inquiries, owner details, complaints).
• Ensure team is proficient with RB Global computer systems, customer registration and payment requirements.
• Process DMV transfer documents, collect sales tax or exemptions as required by law, reconcile sales and accounts receivable, and manage auction supplies.
