Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety policies.
• Keep the facility presentable for daily operations.
• Train and supervise staff to meet SLAs and client expectations.
• Promote vehicle enhancements to increase auction value.
• Monitor yard inventory and infrastructure daily.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Participate in personnel decisions such as hiring and reviews.
• Perform other duties as required by business needs.
• Apply PPE and safety protocols to protect assets and staff.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations for hazardous materials.
