Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3 years of admin experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience providing executive administrative support to VP or senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and logistics staff across Northern/Central California offices.
• Manage office operations, vendor relationships, and safety/compliance programs.
• Coordinate onboarding, recruitment support, and travel logistics.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and cost-saving initiatives with finance.
