SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Logistics Specialist for Lombard, IL, hybrid work arrangement. The role supports the Operations Administrator with office tasks, travel logistics, document production, and coordination of field staff and safety equipment.

As a regular, 40-hour/week position, the specialist will handle logistics for staff, maintain supplies, coordinate meetings, and assist with project coordination and expenses. Requires strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills with professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate program and project logistics for field staff, travel, vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
• Develop relationships with leads and directors to schedule staff efficiently.
• Manage inventory of field data, safety equipment, and logistics supplies; process expense reporting.
