Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks a Logistics Specialist for our Lombard, IL operations and field staff. The role provides support to our Operations Administrator, handling office administration, travel logistics coordination, document production, and project and business development coordination in a hybrid, 40-hour workweek.

The position is based in Lombard, IL and reports to the Associate Operations Administrator.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
• Experience with scheduling and meeting coordination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for construction compliance staff and fieldwork, including scheduling staff and arranging travel, vehicles, and equipment.
• Develop relationships with leads and directors for planning and services.
• Manage field data, safety gear, inventory, and billing support; assist with expense reporting.
