You will oversee performance across locations, coach site-level leadership, monitor KPIs, and partner with senior leadership on growth strategy and planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance across multiple locations, teams, or business units
• Lead, support, and coach site-level or regional leadership teams
• Ensure consistent execution of operational processes, standards, and initiatives
• Monitor regional KPIs and implement performance improvement plans
• Partner with senior leadership on regional growth strategy and planning
• Identify trends, risks, and operational opportunities within the region
• Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
• Experience managing multiple teams, locations, or territories
• Strong leadership and operational oversight capabilities
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and develop leaders
• Comfortable working autonomously with regional accountability; strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
