Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Services required; Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all center operations across the designated region, ensuring successful implementation of RFPs, Job Corps frameworks, corporate policies, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; monitor expenses to meet EBITDA goals.
• Support and mentor Center Directors to achieve internal metrics and contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with the Department of Labor, legislators, and political leaders to align with funding requirements.
• Cultivate strategic alliances with employers, corporate partners, and Community-Based Organizations to enhance placement metrics.
• Drive staff growth and expand industry knowledge across the region.
• Ensure services comply with laws and corporate standards; review and approve location-specific policies.
• Design and execute projects to retain business, secure renewals, and capture new opportunities.
