Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 2+ years of experience in admissions, counseling, youth services, or workforce development.
• Experience with diverse youth populations and community partners.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit eligible youth for Job Corps through outreach in communities, agencies and at events.
• Conduct orientations and interviews with applicants, include guardians when required.
• Manage applicant files: data entry, scanning, QA, and enrollment compliance.
• Coordinate travel and onboarding with centers to ensure smooth process.
• Meet recruitment goals and support graduates to placement or further education.
• Engage employers and One-Stops to identify career opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support to former enrollees and ensure access to services.
• Maintain high standards of employability and CSS skills.
