Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee daily center staff, ensure service delivery, and drive continuous improvement in alignment with funding streams and regulations. You will coordinate with partners, monitor KPIs, and manage facilities and budgets to support high-impact workforce solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to travel to partner sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Working knowledge of workforce development trends and WIOA
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret general business materials and regulations
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel off-site

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional supervision over center staff
• Lead continuous improvement to address workforce needs
• Supervise staff and foster collaboration with partners
• Analyze customer flow, service delivery and KPIs for improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety, EEO, ADA, OSHA and other regulations
• Oversee site expenditures and revenue-related activities
• Monitor inventory and procurement within budget constraints
