Job summary

Specialty Building Products in the United States seeks a Regional Operations Performance Manager for our Retail Region to drive standard work, improve service, productivity, and cost. You will collaborate with Divisional VPs, Regional Directors, Branch Managers, and front-line teams to implement improvement projects and sustain gains.

This role requires strong data skills, experience leading cross-location initiatives, and the ability to translate metrics into practical actions across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience leading improvement projects that produced measurable results.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data using Excel; Power BI or similar tools preferred.
• Ability to build support and work effectively with executives, managers, supervisors, and front-line employees.
• Willingness to travel 50-70%, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional projects, improvement meetings, and problem-solving efforts.
• Put operations-improvement programs into place and adjust rollout for each location.
• Review processes to find delays and opportunities to improve, and implement clear work procedures and daily operating reviews.
• Collaborate with local leaders to optimize warehouse layout, product flow, and employee productivity.
• Develop project plans, track results, and raise risks and resource needs to leadership.
