Job summary

Specialty Building Products in the Carolinas region is seeking a Regional Operations Performance Manager to lead regional projects, drive process improvements, and ensure execution of company standards across warehouses, manufacturing, and office operations. You will partner with Divisional VPs, Regional Directors, Branch Managers, and front-line teams, using data to solve problems and sustain changes.

Travel 50-70% to support multiple sites and maximize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or operations across multiple locations.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data; travel 50-70%.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional projects and improvement meetings.
• Implement operations-improvement programs across locations while maintaining standards.
• Review warehouse, transportation, manufacturing, inventory, and office processes for delays and improvements.
• Create clear work procedures, daily operating reviews, labor plans, and performance checks.
• Collaborate with local leaders to improve layout, product flow, and productivity.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and tracking methods.
• Review operating measures and financial results to identify problems and action plans.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Transportation, Technology, Safety, HR, Finance, and other teams.
