Specialty Building Products is seeking a Regional Operations Performance Manager for our Mid-Atlantic Region. You will work with senior leaders to implement standards, lead improvement projects, and improve service, productivity, quality, and cost across multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least five years of increasing responsibility in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or operations across multiple locations.
• Experience leading improvement projects that produced measurable results.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data using Excel; Power BI or similar tools preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional projects, improvement meetings, and problem-solving efforts.
• Put operations-improvement programs into place and adjust rollout for each location while maintaining standards.
• Review warehouse, transportation, manufacturing, inventory, and office processes to find delays and improvement opportunities.
• Create and implement clear work procedures, visual tools, daily operating reviews, labor plans, and performance checks.
• Coordinate with local leaders to optimize warehouse layout, product flow, and productivity.
• Develop project plans, schedules, actions, and tracking methods.
• Review operating measures and financial results and develop practical action plans.
