Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in healthcare operations, physician practice, revenue cycle, or regional leadership.
• 3+ years of people leadership or multi-site operational leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of physician practice operations and healthcare revenue cycle performance.

For our client, we are seeking a Director Regional Practice to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This leader will oversee operational performance and client partnerships across assigned physician practices, with a focus on strengthening consistency, accountability, and execution across the region. The role is responsible for establishing a regional baseline, identifying prioritized improvement opportunities, and building operating rhythms that align practice and enterprise leaders. This position will partner closely with physicians, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders to improve performance across multiple sites in a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $122,900 – $184,350 annually
