Job summary

Mazda North American Operations is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to support the region’s field operations and dealer-facing functions, including DDO/Inventory/Vehicle logistics, MBEP/MCVP/ABP, and vehicle incentives.

You will analyze performance, manage budgets, develop region communications, and lead ad hoc projects with data in Excel and PowerPoint, collaborating with region leadership, dealers, and corporate staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Customer-facing experience or internship preferred.
• Experience in a sales-related role using a consultative approach.
• Automotive industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communication Support 30%: Develop regular Region to Dealer communications for Aftersales, Incentives, Sales Planning, Parts Sales or Mazda Program Generalist.
• Performance Management 30%: Program and performance monitoring of Regional Operations initiatives; integrate national, regional, district plans.
• Project Management 30%: Assist annual, quarterly, monthly regional projects; develop presentations and report progress; region champion of Business Objects/Oracle tools.
• Budget Management 10%: Monitor, track, and reconcile department budgets; assist Department Manager with budget analysis.
